The goal of this project was to practice taking a subtle and poetic approach to creating a quick motion design for a special occasion/holiday. I chose the niche holiday, Polar Bear Plunge Day, and focused on the importance of subtle motion leading up to the main event. I used Adobe Fresco to illustrate the background and assets using a vector brush. I then brought them into Adobe After Effects to animate my elements. The text at the end of the video was animated by illustrating each frame.
